1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Finding Me ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Finding Me is a sobriety companion application that provides:
- Sobriety date tracking and milestone celebrations
- Daily reflections and affirmations
- Personal journaling features
- Daily check-in functionality
- Access to crisis resources and coping techniques
3. Not Medical Advice
Disclaimer: Finding Me does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in this App is for informational and supportive purposes only. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect information about other users without consent
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (journal entries, check-ins, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the content you create and agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by StanioDev LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STANIODEV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
